We hope you love everything you order from us, but you have 7 days to exchange your item(s) if something isn’t quite right. We do have important guidelines that must be followed to make an exchange. The criteria are as follows:

1. The product is not returnable if the tag has been removed
2. The product is not returnable if used/worn
3. All return costs must be covered by the consumer but we will levy the price for sending your desired exchanged product
4. Any custom made order is not entitled to an exchange
5. Refunds are not permitted

We do ship globally, but we are unable to deliver to a small number of countries. Refer to the list below of countries we cannot ship to:

Please allow 4-7 days for processing and 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped to you. Orders usually will not be shipped the same day they are placed. If you require a rush order, please email us to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.
